Return & Refund Policy

At xapaparelboutiquemx Holdings, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the procedures and conditions for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read this document carefully before initiating any return or refund request.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately. Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that orders already in transit cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow our standard return process after receiving the item.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition may be rejected or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All returned items must include this RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you may be responsible for any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original condition.

Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account statement. We recommend contacting your bank or credit card company if you have questions about their processing timelines.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as some processing delays may occur. If you've confirmed with your financial institution that the refund has not been processed, please contact our customer service team with your order details. We will investigate the matter and provide a resolution within 5 business days.

For payments made via PayPal or other digital payment methods, please check your account balance before contacting us, as refunds often appear immediately in these systems.
