Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Timeframe

Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. While most orders arrive within the estimated window, occasional delays due to carrier logistics or unforeseen circumstances may occur. International shipments typically require additional transit days compared to domestic deliveries. Rest assured, we work exclusively with reliable carriers to minimize delays.

Shipping Costs

We offer the following shipping options: Standard Shipping (10-15 Business Days): $0-$60; Free Shipping (10-15 Business Days): $60-$9999. Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, dimensions, and destination. Promotional free shipping applies to qualifying orders and may be subject to change during special events.

Shipping Regions

Currently, we ship to most countries across North America, Europe, and select regions in Asia and Oceania. Some remote locations or areas with customs restrictions may not be serviceable. During checkout, our system will automatically notify you if we cannot deliver to your address. For military addresses or special delivery requests, please contact our support team before placing your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information. Track your package directly through the carrier's website using this reference. If you haven't received tracking details within 3 business days, check your spam folder or account dashboard. For consolidated shipments, some items may show separate tracking numbers which will all be provided to you.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While rare, delays can occur due to weather events, customs inspections, or carrier backlogs. If your package hasn't arrived within 5 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number. For lost packages, we'll initiate a carrier investigation after 15 business days from the last tracking update and provide resolution options per our delivery guarantee policy.

Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties imposed by their country. These charges are determined by local authorities and vary based on product category and declared value. We cannot predict or reimburse these fees. For accurate estimates, consult your national customs office before ordering. All international shipments include required commercial invoices with proper Harmonized System (HS) codes for smooth clearance.
